When you submit your email in the Madrid pre-registration form, you request information about access and availability for this AEREA event. We use your email only to handle this specific request and provide related event updates. We do not automatically add you to the general TERRA marketing list. Email address, date/time of the request, date/time and scope of the consent, and limited optional campaign attribution fields (source, medium, campaign, content and referring hostname only; no full referrer URL). We use privacy-focused, cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate site traffic and campaign-performance measurement. No email addresses are sent to that analytics service. We do not sell the data. Vercel provides site hosting and Supabase provides secure database services on behalf of the controller.
Personal data is kept only as long as necessary to administer Madrid pre-registration and subsequent event communications, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
